The cat killer and the lack of humanity

I perceive the greater part of the world as one big lynch mob right now and to be honest, I don’t see why this lack of humanity is socially accepted and encouraged. As I wrote last time, criminals are not monsters or aberrations, they’re human beings – human beings committing awful crimes, but human beings nonetheless.

Some victims are more important than others

No matter age, sex, occupation, sexual orientation, hair colour and god knows what – my heart aches equally for all murder victims. But I can’t ignore the fact that people, in general, seem to care more when children are murdered.

Science vs. Dr. Michael Stone

I spent last night watching Vetenskapens värld (The world of science). The topic was The perfect murder. Is there such a thing? I learned a lot thanks to the documentary and it was far more interesting than what you’ll find at Discovery. Yes, I’m talking about Discovery’s Most evil. Most evil is a documentary show on serial killers and their crimes.
